Hi, my name is Bianca. I am a New Zealand-based Filipino designer and the person behind Design Kuno. I finished a Bachelor of Design with Honours Major in Visual Communications Design at Massey University, Wellington. I work as a full-time graphic designer in Feilding, Manawatu.

My hobbies include photography and videography.

Design Kuno came about from the pressure and frustration of having to come up with a unique brand name. Being a fresh uni graduand, I didn’t feel like I was worthy enough to be called a designer – not yet, at least. Kuno in Filipino means “as it is said” or “so they say”. The brand literally translates to Designer so they say. I find this story really funny looking back so I decided to stick with it.

I have also always wanted to have some rabbit element incorporated in it. My husband showed his support by creating my logo.
